About Andrew Grojean
Based in Kansas City, I help healthcare organizations explore emerging technology and build practical AI solutions. I also create pop culture and Kansas City-inspired art through my brand Knight Owl Design.

Innovation Leader
I’m a Director of Innovation at EVERSANA, where I help healthcare organizations explore and adopt emerging technologies including generative AI, digital twins, immersive experiences, and other innovative solutions.
My work focuses on turning new technology into practical tools and experiences that solve real-world problems. In recent years, that has included helping build scalable AI capabilities spanning digital twins, voice, video, and interactive experiences that have grown from experimental pilots into repeatable offerings used across teams, brands, and global markets.

Artist + Entrepreneur
In 2019, I founded Knight Owl Design, a Kansas City-based art brand inspired by pop culture, nostalgia, and local pride.
What started as a creative outlet has grown into a business with products carried in more than 30 retail locations across the Kansas City area. My work includes prints, apparel, stickers, cards, and licensed artwork designed to celebrate the people, places, and moments that make life memorable.

Beyond Work
When I’m not working on innovation projects or creating art, you’ll usually find me exploring the world with my wife Chelsay, following Kansas City sports, or playing chess.
In 2016, I had the opportunity to represent Team USA in a chess exhibition against world champion Magnus Carlsen. While I didn’t win, I did manage to outlast Bill Gates.
Since 2014, I’ve documented life one second at a time through my annual One Second Project, creating video compilations that capture friends, family, milestones, and adventures around the world.
