One Second: 2023

I started my One Second project on January 1, 2014 as a New Year’s resolution to document my life one second at a time. I had no idea that I’d continue the project every year and share video diaries for more than a decade.

Huge shoutout to everyone who’s been part of my journey this past year or showed up in any of my videos over the last ten years. I’m not done yet! Here’s the tenth edition of my One Second project.
