When I started my One Second project in 2014, I had no idea I'd continue to work on it for the rest of the decade, and the majority of my 20s. Watch the sixth installment of my One Second project, One Second: 2019!

"Growth" was my theme for 2018. I grew professionally by taking a new job in innovation and grew relationships in KC. I networked in SF and NYC; traveled to Nashville, Fayetteville, and Jacksonville; and cruised the Caribbean with family. Here's the fifth installment of my "One Second" project!

In 2017, I traveled back to New York, ate my way through Nashville, and cruised to Mexico via Los Angeles. I also saw Kansas City in a new light, and in no light during the solar eclipse. I've compiled my highlights for the year in the fourth installment of my annual "One Second Every Day" project.

2016 was full of adventures. I traveled across Europe, cruised the Caribbean, played chess against the world champion in New York, and attended some fun conferences for a job I enjoy. Here's the third installment of my "One Second Every Day" project.

Another year, another video. In 2015, instead of recording one second of video every day, I captured the moments that were memorable and meant the most to me. From Alabama and New York City to Beer Pong Champs and the World Champ Kansas City Royals, 2015 will be a tough year to top!

On January 1, 2014, I started documenting my life with one second of video every day. Even though some seconds appear to be random, every clip has some significance to me. Thanks to everyone who made an appearance in the video!
